An important decision our team have made when coming on board at PRM is that we want to live mobile, flexible lifestyles. We don’t like being in an office everyday..living in a cubicle under fluoroscent lighting is not how we want to live. So we’ve gone mobile, mobile phones, mobile laptops, tablets, you name it, we’ve got them. When we are not at a client site we are working from our choice of location. Last week was sunny so I worked by the pool, last month I worked from my caravan, next week I think I’ll sit by the fireplace. Just some examples! The point is, not everyone likes that, many people need others around them everyday and they like the office environment. That’s fine….but if you want to join PRM that is not how we roll!
